Model that demonstrates use of a heat exchanger with condensation
and with feedback control
This model demonstrates the use of Buildings.Fluid.HeatExchangers.WetCoilCounterFlow.
The valve on the water-side is regulated to track a setpoint
temperature for the air outlet.
