Analogous to the SamplerLevel
block, the SamplerTime block transforms a continuous signal into a
DEVS signal. This time, though, the sampling takes place at
discrete time instants.
Generated Events (QSS1/QSS2/QSS3
mode):
Samplings are taken at time instants t=start+i*period,
i=non-negative integers. The values of the output vector cannot be
predicted, since they depend on the input signal.
