The Step Block

Parameters:

offset	step ground value
a	step amplitude
ts	step start time (when the signal executes the "step")

Description:

This block generates a simple step signal.

Note that it is possible to assign a negative value to the amplitude, such that the step signal is mirrored at the straight line y=offset.
