Generates a step signal.
Extends from ModelicaDEVS.Templates.DSource (DEVS source block).
Information
The Step BlockParameters:

| ts | step start time (when the signal executes the "step") |
Description:
This block generates a simple step signal.
Note that it is possible to assign a negative value to the amplitude, such that the step signal is mirrored at the straight line y=offset.
