Library Modelica_LinearSystems2 is a Modelica package providing different representations of linear, time invariant differential and difference equation systems, as well as typical operations on these system descriptions. Additionally, data structures and operations for Complex numbers and for Polynomials are provided. These are utilized above, but are, of course, also useful for other purposes.

This package contains the user's guide for the library and has the following content:

1. Getting started contains an introduction to the most important features and how to use them at hand of examples.
2. Requirements sketches the requirements on a Modelica tool, in order that this library can be utilized.
3. 3-clause BSD License is the legal license text under which this library is submitted.
4. References provides references that have been used to design and implement this library.
5. Release Notes summarizes the differences between different versions of this library.
6. Contact provides information about the author of the library as well as acknowledgments.
