Translation with given velocity
Extends from Ports.Flange_n (One coupling, 'negative').
Information
'flange' moves with parameter-velocity v0 or with signal-velocity v, depending on 'scType'.
This is a "soft" speed, using a differential equation.
The start value is always given by v0.
