Effluent layer of Takac`s SC model
This class models the top layer of an ASM1 secondary clarifier based on Takacs.
No sedimentation flux (mass exchange) with above but hydraulic and sedimentation flux
(opposite directions) underneath.
From here effluent goes to the receiving water.
Sedimentation flux is calculated based on the double-exponential sedimentation velocity
function by Takacs.
