One quadrant time averaged converter. Fulfills the power balance:
vDCin*iDCin = vDCout*iDCout
u_DC determines the desired DC-out voltage v_DCout in terms of the DC-in voltage v_DCin according to the following relation:
v_DCout = u_DC*v_DCin u_DC &le 1
